Your photo is your property, and you retain all rights to it.
To submit a fire-related photo along with a brief description:
Send it as an attachment via e-mail. The preferred format for the photo file is JPEG (extension .JPG) or GIF (extension .GIF).
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:

Submitting a photo gives FireFighterExchange.com permission to publish
the photo on our web site.

Your name and department should accompany your photo. If requested, we
will not use your name.

Please tell us if you want your e-mail address included with your photo.
Unless you ask us to include it, we will NOT publish your e-mail address.

Please provide a description of the details of the photo, such as where, what fire, what situation was faced, etc.

Any requests to reprint your photo will be forwarded to you. FirefighterExchange.com may alter your photos only to crop, change the size of the file, and/or improve the clarity of the image.
